Primary Functions
Facility Maintenance Operations
- Execute comprehensive cleaning protocols for office spaces, supply zones, and warehouse areas
- Maintain organized and safe working environment
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards
Inventory Management Duties
- Identify, categorize, and label all incoming merchandise and materials
- Create accurate cataloging systems for received inventory
- Distribute parts, supplies, and equipment for internal departmental use
- Maintain precise inventory tracking through digital control systems
- Generate and monitor work order documentation
- Process requisition orders for inventory replenishment
- Receive, inspect, unpack, and organize incoming shipments
