Position Summary
We are recruiting energetic and dependable Delivery Drivers and Helpers to join our logistics team. This hands-on position involves transporting merchandise to residential and commercial customers while ensuring safe handling and punctual arrivals. Primary Responsibilities & Job Duties
Vehicle Operations & Transportation
- Operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to customer destinations
- Assist drivers with efficient loading and unloading of trucks
- Navigate optimized delivery routes while maintaining all traffic safety standards
- Plan daily routes to maximize efficiency and minimize delays
- Ensure timely completion of all scheduled delivery appointments
Product Handling & Assembly Services
- Load merchandise securely to prevent damage during transportation
- Unload and carry items to customer-specified locations
- Assemble furniture and products according to manufacturer specifications
- Organize delivery cargo systematically for streamlined drop-offs
- Execute heavy lifting tasks using proper body mechanics and techniques
- Handle all products with care to maintain quality and prevent breakage
Customer Service Excellence
- Provide outstanding customer service during every client interaction
- Greet customers professionally and courteously upon arrival
- Address customer questions, concerns, and requests promptly
- Process and collect payment transactions at delivery locations
